It depends on several factors, but we normally will do repairs to get the home in marketable condition. This may include painting, installing new flooring, remodeling kitchen and bathrooms, upgrading plumbing and electrical fixtures, repairing or replacing roofs, and freshening up the landscaping. We will market the home for sale on various platforms and negotiate with buyers and real estate agents. We take on the holding costs of insurance, utilities, property taxes, yard care and any maintenance that comes up. When we buy your house, we take on all of the burdens, costs, and risks that come with selling a home.
We will work with your schedule to set a closing date. If possible, we can close in as little as 10 days. But we can also allow more time if you need it. Some things that can delay closing: you must make your home available for an inspection, homes in an HOA may take a few extra days to obtain the documents needed, if the seller does not have a survey allow a few extra days.
