About Brisea Properties

Brisea Properties was formed by Sean and Brittany McFarlin to help homeowners in and around Montgomery County, Texas, sell their homes fast and for a fair price.

Sean is a Texas native that grew up in the Katy area and attended the University of Houston. Sean has always had a passion for real estate and entered the industry in 2012. Having been a party to over 600 transactions since then, there is hardly any scenario that Sean hasn’t seen. With the knowledge and experience he has acquired he finds joy in providing solutions for his clients.

Brittany is also a native Texan and grew up in the Montgomery area. Being raised in a family that was in the industry, Brittany fell in love with real estate and the idea of improving the community. She started as a real estate agent, but wanting to expand her knowledge she went into title for the next five years. After closing thousands of transactions, she knows how stressful the process can be. Her goal is to make sure the transaction is as smooth as possible and leave you with a smile 😊
